Mark is a highly experienced Financial Executive who brings more than two decades of top level management experience to the Langano Business Strategists team.

Mark has demonstrated the capacity to unite and lead a finance team to new levels of internal customer service, reporting and accuracy. This success has paved the way for corporate growth and sustainability from medium enterprises through to large multinationals operating in highly competitive environments.

With strong technical and business skills developed through more than 35 years of hands-on experience in financial systems, Mark offers clients exception capacity in financial analysis, development of best practice reporting systems, strategic planning (including budgeting and forecasting) and successful project management of large software implementations.

In recent years Mark has specialised in consulting to emerging and fast growing organisations. His expertise had been utilised both within Australia and across international boundaries, working for organisations as diverse as Mercedes Benz, the Royal Flying Doctor Service, Tyco International and Commerce Queensland (now Chamber of Commerce and Industry Queensland).

He specialises in identifying organisational gaps and developing innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness and increasing revenues. This proven ability to effectively analyse an organisation’s critical business requirements is keenly sought after by business owners, CEOs and business unit managers.
